Steps to take
Log in to app.localcard.io and review the transaction details β the merchant name may differ from their storefront name.
Check with anyone else who may have had access to your card details.
Check if the amount matches any recent purchases β some merchants show a pending authorisation before the final amount settles.
If you still don't recognise it, contact our support team immediately with the transaction date and amount.
