If a merchant processes a refund for a purchase made with your LocalCard, the funds will be returned to your card balance.
How refunds work
Request the refund directly with the merchant β LocalCard cannot process refunds on a merchant's behalf.
Once the merchant approves, the funds will be returned to your LocalCard balance.
Refunds typically take 3β5 business days to appear.
Log in to app.localcard.io to confirm the refund has been applied.
