Steps to try
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS. Go to Settings → General → Software Update.
Restart your iPhone and try again.
Check your internet connection. Try both WiFi and mobile data.
Make sure you're not connected to a VPN.
💡 Tip: Check that you've accepted all recent Apple terms and conditions, a pending agreement can silently block new cards.
