My Card Won't Add to Google Wallet

If you're having trouble adding your LocalCard to Google Wallet, here are the most common fixes.

Steps to try

  1. Update the Google Wallet app via the Google Play Store.

  2. Open Google Wallet, tap your profile icon, then Payment Setup. Make sure all five items are ticked.

  3. Check notifications are on for Google Wallet. Go to Settings → Apps → Google Wallet → Notifications.

  4. Restart your phone and try again.

  5. Try both WiFi and mobile data.

  6. Set Google Wallet as default payment app. Go to Settings → Apps → Default Apps → Tap & Pay.

💡 Tip: If it shows "pending verification," wait a few minutes and check again.
