Yes — you can merge gift cards, as long as they are locked to the same category (for example, both are Cash Cards or both are Restaurant Cards).
How it works
You don’t need to do anything manually. When you receive a new gift card, our system will automatically:
Check for existing cards in the same category.
Ask if you’d like to merge them.
If you select Yes, the old card will be cancelled and its funds added to your new card.
You’ll then be able to add the updated card to your digital wallet.
⚠️ Note: Cards can only be merged if they belong to the same category.
