What Do I Do If I Haven't Received My Card?

LocalCard is a digital card delivered by email or SMS. There's nothing physical to arrive in the post. If you haven't received it yet, here's what to check.

Steps

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Card emails occasionally get filtered.

  2. Search your inbox for emails from LocalCard or the organisation that issued your card.

  3. Make sure you're checking the right email address. Confirm with whoever sent you the card.
