I Haven't Received My Login Code

If you've entered your email but haven't received your 6-digit login code, here's what to check.

Steps to try

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Wait up to 2 minutes, there can sometimes be a short delay.

  3. Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your LocalCard account.

  4. Request a new code, go back to app.localcard.io and enter your email again.

  5. Still nothing? Reach out to our support team.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Adding the LocalCard sender to your contacts helps prevent login emails going to spam.

⚠️ Heads up: Each code is only valid for a short time, always use the most recently sent one.
