If you see the message “Card details unavailable” when trying to view or add your card, this is usually caused by using an older iPhone running iOS 16. Apple’s older operating system does not fully support our secure card-reveal process.
How to Fix It
1. Update Your iPhone Operating System (Recommended)
Updating to the latest version of iOS will resolve the issue for most users.
Steps:
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap Software Update
Install the latest available update
After updating, return to your LocalCard email or the dashboard and try again.
2. Use a Different Device
If you cannot update your phone, you can access your card details on another device.
Steps:
On a laptop, desktop computer, or newer phone, go to app.localcard.io
Log in using your email
Select your card and click “Reveal Card Number”
You can then add the card to your digital wallet from the dashboard
